- Body as language – The stage allows emotions, fears, aspirations and conflicts to be translated into movement and physical presence, overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers.
- Role and aesthetic distance – Through role-play, participants experience alternative viewpoints, develop empathy and address complex topics within a safe environment.
- Co-creation – The collective construction of scenes, stories and characters activates cooperation, negotiation and mutual listening, all essential for civic participation.
Theatre as a Narrative Infrastructure
The narrative component—central to the Narradrama.eu methodology—naturally expands through theatre. The performance process becomes a space where stories emerge, enabling individual and collective narratives to be recognised, valued and re-imagined.
